Philadelphia is my home base city, and I’ve got nothing but fond feelings for the city of brotherly love, but I’ve definitely had respective love affairs with New York and Los Angeles over the years.  Of course that means that I couldn’t not grab this playful tank when I spotted it.  Paired with a skirt with a perforated, peek-a-boo hem and flats with a heavy, metal detail, it feels cool enough to fit in with either stylish city.
