Originally, I’d planned on this being the perfect skirt to sport for a day-long bachelorette party — I mean the feather-fringe just screams party.  But of course I couldn’t hold off on wearing it and decided it could be dressed down as easily as it could be dressed up.  So I paired it with a sweatshirt, cozy cardigan and a pair of flats with a little pop, proving that even the most obvious “party skirts” can be appropriate for day.
