Since Monday’s, even stormy ones, typically don’t allow for a full day curled up in sweats, I prefer my rainy day outfits to consist of either super brights or some kind of sparkle, like a massively sequined skirt.  Yesterday I went with neon, reworking this dress with a sweet embroidered shell.  We may not have seen the sun, but my day definitely felt a bit brighter.
