When this dress first arrived it was one of those pieces that I instantly fell in love with, but was worried it wouldn’t translate as well off of the hanger.  When buttoned up with its mid-calf length, this adorable frock felt a bit off from my usual style.  But with a few buttons undone and the addition of a backwards belt (one of my favorite styling tricks), it became the perfect dress for a mild October day.
