I love when an outfit you envision in your head translates just as well as you planned.  I spotted these shorts on the Urban Outfitters sale rack this past weekend for $9.99 and decided I had to have them, knowing this blouse* would pair perfectly.  There’s nothing quite like a great white top, and this one has been a favorite since it landed in my closet back in May.
