You can’t really not have fun in a dress with a little ruffle. I’d ordered this one as an option to wear to a wedding a few weeks back, but ultimately decided it wasn’t “the one”. That doesn’t mean that it’s not still a fun dress though, and I couldn’t help really playing up the bubblegum hue with some pink velvet mules. It’s a summertime outfit you can’t help but smile in.
