I say it every year, but Halloween really is my favorite holiday. Yet, as much as I love getting dressed up, but I’m perpetually indecisive about what I want to be until the last-minute, holding out hope that someone will host a masquerade party, giving me an excuse to pair a beautiful mask with a floaty outfit. This year I’ve decided to stop waiting for an excuse and jumped at the opportunity to wear an intricate, handmade mask that feels equally regal and mysterious. Personally, I plan to extend the holiday spirit by hosting my own wintry masquerade party so this piece can get plenty more wear.
