I’ve got a serious soft spot for swingy dresses — they’re just so easy to throw on and go. When I spotted this baby blue one on sale I knew I had to scoop it up. Paired with converse sneakers it has a borderline tennis-pro vibe, but with booties and a jacket in a few more weeks it will have a whole new feel.
