We’re still trekking through snow around here, and most of my boots are stained with salt, but that’s not stopping me from thinking warmer thoughts.  I’m a sucker for taking a sequin pencil skirt and pairing it with a basic tee, and I couldn’t resist pairing the combo with an old favorite pair of studded sandals.  Yes, it may be too chilly for open-toed shoes, but layering on a pair of sweater tights makes it feel a little less impractical.
