Last weekend I bought a pack of sheer stockings from the drugstore to wear with my 20s-themed get-up for a friend’s birthday party.  I bought the multi-pack so that I could layer them up for warmth that night, certain they’d run or tear and I’d never wear them again.  Yet, here I am, pulling them back out already just so I can wear my camo sneakers with “bare legs” in 20 degree weather, proving they were totally worth the five dollars “investment”.
