If I’m being practical, I probably don’t really need another little white dress – but what’s the fun in being practical? I mean this one from Tobi has an off the shoulder, ruffled sleeve, in a light and gauzy style, making it a summer standout piece I couldn’t resist. Not to mention it wears perfectly with a denim jacket and some gingham for these cooler spring days.
