Originally I had planned out posts on what to pack and how to pack for an extended road trip to feature this week before we leave, but to be completely honest, I haven’t even started packing yet.  We leave Wednesday morning and we’re driving to Texas for Austin City Limits Festival and then on to California for Desert Trip Music Festival with a lot of exploring in between.  This is probably the first trip I haven’t bought any new clothes for (which I’m is also pretty much unheard of for a fashion blogger), but I decided I’d rather put my money towards the whole experience.  I’ve got loads of film, batteries and new SD cards for our cameras to document all of our adventures, but I’m still trying to figure out how to pack for several weeks of changing temperatures.  I’m thinking a few sweaters for layering with swingy skirts and dresses will be filling my suitcase.
