Sometimes it’s the outerwear that makes the outfit and this dramatic coat (that’s been making an impression in my closet for over a year now) is just the piece to do it.  I think a statement-making jacket should either be in a fun color or include an attention-grabbing detail — like this oversized collar; just a little something to make a big impact.
