It’s amazing what an impact a pair of basic black booties and green utility jacket can have, transforming a saccharine sweet floral dress into a fall worthy ensemble.  I have a ton of black booties so I hate to play favorites, but these are easily edging in for that title.  They’re simple, with their low black heel and just-hits-the-ankle height, which means they’re sure to be a staple all season.
