Colorful sequins, a room filled with balloons, and fistfuls of glitter are among those things that create instant happy moments for me.  How can you not smile while watching sunlight catching sparkle as it floats through the air?

• clean, white sheets
• giant, scented candles
• sparklers
• “snail” mail
• late nights with a good book
• and late afternoon lattes, sipped slowly
