A friend of mine passed this pretty spotted number off to me after it spent too much time being neglected in her closet.  I love the mullet cut that gives it a fun flow, but as much as I adore them, polka dots tend to feel just a bit too sweet, so I paired an embroidered belt in complementing blue hues for a subtle hint of contrast.
