The first time I wore this dress was to a wedding last summer, dressing it up with a vintage gold belt, sky-high heels, and plenty of jewelry.  (The second time I wore it was here.)  I love any dress that can be done up to the nines or dressed down with an around-the-waist sweater — keeping layers on hand are always necessary this time of year, and a cute pair of sneakers for a playful vibe.  Fun jewelry is optional, but strongly encouraged.
