Fashion is all about fun and the unexpected elements that go into an outfit.  A skirt and blouse is a pretty basic combo, yet there are certain details that can make it a bit more interesting.  Color is a big component; a bright blue paired with deep plum is much more interesting than your average grey scale color scheme.  Metallics can also make a big impact.  A silver belt adds a bold touch, but for me, it’s the addition of glittering heels that really adds flair to otherwise mundane workweek wear.
