I have quite a few resolutions lined up for the new year.  Many of them fall into the cliché commitments made each year; exercise, eat healthier, be more organized, but I’ve also included a handful of fun resolutions to that list.  Those resolutions include things like laughing daily, spending more time reading, both books and blogs, and incorporating brighter colors in my closet.  I decided to get a head start with this skirt that combines two of my favorite things, neon and lace.
