A ruffled midi skirt seems like it would be the exact opposite of casual, but I disagree. Paired with a soft tee and cute, printed slides (like this pair) it’s summery and super low-key. I’ve linked to a rainbow of colors below, but you can’t go wrong with a good khaki green. It works from spring to fall, and well, it’s just plain fun.
