Who What Wear for Target has really been killing it lately and this shirt dress is no exception. It comes with a tie belt, but it can be paired with a different belt or worn on its own – I obviously opted for the later. I feel like it’s one of those pieces that is great to wear to work but also feels just casual enough for weekend brunches or weeknight drinks.
