I’ve never really been drawn to polka dots or cold shoulder pieces. Polka dots always felt too childlike or retro, while cut-out shoulders just weren’t really my thing. And then, I tried on this dress, on a whim. I expected to hate it, but instead I loved it. It feels fresh and fun and floaty*, the perfect spring to summer combination.
*I did size up for a looser, flowier fit.
