Someone commented when I wore this outfit that it looked like I stepped out of Pinterest*, in a good way. That may just be the best compliment. This outfit is so simple and one I’ve put together a hundred times before – sweater + midi skirt + boots, but I think it might be the green boots matching the sweater that made it seem pin-worthy. Green boots (or really any color outside of the normal brown/tan/black arena) weren’t an overly risky purchase, only just enough to add a little something extra to an otherwise ordinary outfit.
