We rang in the new year very low-key (I’m still under-the-weather), but we didn’t want to cancel our dinner plans and still wanted to get dressed up. This off-the-shoulder dress is so comfortable and dressed up easily with some feathery heels, making it the perfect, laid-back dress to welcome in 2017.
