Okay, yes, I’ve been wearing this d.i.y. vest on repeat lately (and a bandana), but it’s the easiest thing to throw on in the August heat to instantly change the look of any dress.  I have a lot of little white dresses in my closet, but this one can feel a little bit frumpy if not accessorized just right, and since heels are out of the question right now, this vest is doing the trick.
