There are some pieces I hold on to in my closet because they’re favorites that are still in heavy rotation, and then there are others that I’ve held on to because they seemed basic enough that they might come in handy down the road.  I’ve had this Forever 21 top for longer than I’d care to admit, and I’d all but forgotten about it until I was doing a little closet cleanup the other day.  Pairing the blousy top with a silky skirt and a heavy metal necklace made it feel fresh and a little more boho than I thought it could.
