I love the romance of a soft flower print, especially when it’s found on a billowy dress.  Every now and again though, a little rough texture — like spiked boots and a waist-tied, 90s-esque add-on, shake things up just enough to keep a sweet floral look on its toes.  In other words, an outfit that’s a slightly unpredictable, kind of like this weather lately.
