It’s down to the final wire before the big Thanksgiving holiday, and that means getting the final preparations in order. I wanted to find a signature drink that wouldn’t keep anyone away from the festivities, so that was simple, with fall flavors and offered a little something for everyone. One of these is easy to turn into a great punch for a crowd, and the other a light, crisp cocktail, but both had to be taste-tested before the family came to town. The verdict? So easy and so delicious!
Ginger Cider Bourbon (3-Ingredients)
• 2 Parts Ginger Ale (or Ginger Beer)
• 2 Parts Apple Cider
• 1 Part Bourbon
If you’re making this into a punch, chill the apple cider and bourbon together in the fridge at least one hour before serving. Add ginger ale to the mix when ready to serve and add apple slices.
If you’re serving individual portions, shake together bourbon and cider together over ice and strain into an ice with glass. Add ginger ale and garnish with apple slices.
Apple Cider Mimosas (2-Ingredients)
• 1 Part Champagne
• 1 Part Apple Cider
Fill your glass halfway with cold apple cider and top with chilled champagne. Garnish with an apple slice sprinkled with sugar and enjoy!
