Does this striped top look familiar?  If it does it’s because it’s actually this Joe Fresh for JC Penney dress, a little trick I employ quite a bit.  I’ve been on the hunt for the perfect striped tee recently; one that’s not too basic, but not too dressy either.  Until I encounter on my ideal striped top, this little dress will just get even more use pulling double duty.
