At the last minute yesterday, before heading down to a nearby beach town with the bf, I decided to forgo jewelry and instead wrapped a vintage scarf as a bracelet around my wrist.  I was all too happy with that decision when the wind hit hard making for very unruly hair.  Not only did it compliment the shoe/dress combo as an accessory, but it came in handy as a chic, spontaneous hair tie.
