I battled a sore throat all weekend long, and although there was a point for a bit where a fever struck, I’m choosing to attribute the cause to allergies since being sick in June is unacceptable in my book. As a result, my diet all weekend consisted mainly of water ice, switching it up finally Sunday with a little ice cream. As it turns out, if something is both sugar free and fat free, it’s probably not as good as you’d hope it would be. Next time I’ll be sure to follow the rule that if you’re not feeling your best, it’s okay to treat yourself to the “real” (full calorie/fat/sugar) frozen treats.
