The time for open-toed shoes has pretty much passed — at least without socks or tights, but I didn’t let that stop me from parading these fringed heels out one last time.  With some simple color blocking, they really steal the show.  Zara has a knack for making funky, statement-making shoes that are worth having some cold toes for.  The fringe is sold out, but there are a fun, faux fur pair, one with playful pom-poms, and a pair with an exaggerated leather bow that would add a lot of interest to even the simplest outfit.
