I think I will forever abide by the rule that birthday’s deserve a little sparkle. (I’ll also probably always follow the “birthday week” rule of thumb.) This year I’m all about casual vibes, so I paired the shine with more casual slouchy stripes.
*And of course, birthdays call for heels — yay!
