Buffalo check always reminds me of the holidays, but it tends to feel very casual since it usually comes in the form of a vest or button down flannel.  The side zips on this top feel more elevated though, especially over a high-slit maxi slip dress.  Ideal for all the holiday gatherings this time of year.
