I may wear a lot of heels, but I am definitely not “tall”.  That didn’t stop me from ordering this illusion skirt when it went on sale this summer, even though the only sizes left were “Tall”.  I love the midi length that was created, and it’s made me realize that I don’t need to shy away from a cute style I spot just because I don’t fall into the suggested 5’9” and over height requirement.
