Deep down I’m a girl drawn to a bohemian flair when it comes to clothes, so throwing on this sheer, watercolor floral dress and turning it into a sort of flowing jacket was the perfect complement to that.  By leaving 90% of the buttons undone and adding it belted on top of black pants and a plain tee rather than the usual slip (as seen here and here), the piece was completely transformed in a very flirty and free-spirited way.
