While on the hunt for the perfect formal outfit for an upcoming wedding I found a stunningly beautiful ostrich feather skirt that has left me daydreaming, but alas, it isn’t exactly in my current budget.  Luckily I have this little number I picked up a few months back while it was on super sale (originally $100, but I scored it for $5!) and so far I’ve only worn it one other time; to a cocktail party while out in California last month.  I’ll admit, I got a few strange looks running errands in my feathers, but I’ve never been one to shy away from wearing typically evening-appropriate pieces with a basic tee during the day.  (Sequins in the sunlight are always more fun.)  They’re all the more fun to “work it” in that way!
