January turned out to be a rollercoaster of a month, filled with emotional ups and downs and coupled with weeks of being computer-less. I unintentionally (and then a little intentionally) took a step back from this little corner of the internet, and even though the dust hasn’t quite settled, I figured February 1 was as good a time as any to jump back into things. I’ve been doing home projects, DIY’s, coming up with new recipes, and of course, throwing together outfits all the while because you can’t leave the house without one, duh. So let’s kick things off with a vintage beret that was hanging out in our basement and needed wearing. I know for a fact this topper’s been around a lot of good music.  Paired with a kimono and patent leather boots it’s got a bit of poetry slam vibe, and I’m digging everything about that.
