The apron slip dress from the Who What Wear Collection for Target is without a doubt my kind of dress.  Swingy and light and since it had been awhile since I’d gotten myself to a Target, it was also on clearance.  (It’s sold out online, but I highly recommend getting yourself to your local Target to see if you can scoop it up in one of the three colors it comes in.)  Of course, since it was on clearance they had very limited sizing left so I had to size up, but it was such a steal it was worth snagging to take to the tailor later to have altered a bit.  In the meantime, I layered a tee underneath for a jumper-like effect.
